The essence of the cartridge expert system is reliability by using a superior filling system and cartridges of known quality. To attain this there are a few simple guidelines.
We need to refill cartridges of known quality, therefore we need manufacturers original, not one previously refilled such as our ANSA, TESCO, WH Smith, Cartridge World etc.
For new printers as soon as your first set of cartridges run out pop it into a plastic bag and as soon as possible bring in the cartridge to refill.
Please do not attempt to refill the cartridge yourself or of by any other vendor such as Cartridge world. This may damage the cartridge and make it unserviceable.
Please change the cartridge when the printer tells you to do so; this will retain the heads in good condition.
When you bring in your empty cartridge, we will do a blot test and condition inspection to ascertain if it is refillable. If OK it will be refilled, sealed and have a cartridge expert refilled label attached.
We will refill previously refilled cartridges but we cannot be sure of outcome.
